Waste Management Corporation Limited (WAMCO) is seeking proposals from qualified firms, companies, or individuals for the execution of the following two components related to the development of our new office building:
Component A: Concept Development & Interior Design Works
- Development of design concepts for the new office building areas as specified in the Work Description in section II of TOR.
- Provision of detailed interior design plans, including layouts, color schemes, materials, and finishes.
Component B: Interior Construction and Furniture Supply and Installation
- Execution of interior construction work based on the approved design concepts.
- Supply and installation of furniture and fixtures as specified in the design plans.
