Salary

• Degree with MNQF level 7 or above in Food Science/ Biotechnology or relevant science field.
• Minimum 2 years of years of experience in a relevant field
• Fluent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
• Other qualification/ achievement in Food Science/Food Safety will be an added advantage.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Support the HOD on the department responsibilities.
• Perform as a HACCP team member and contribute to the management of HACCP studies maintained by the site.
• Involve in preparation of internal training materials and delivery/arrangement of relevant training within the department and to other relevant staffs of the site.
• Delegate work to subordinates, Supervisors, and inspectors according to the direction to the HOD and Food Safety Management System Procedures.
• Coordinate and communicate with another department within the site and within the company to achieve the department responsibilities.
• Coordinate and communicate with the suppliers, customers, certification bodies and regulatory authorities as per the direction of the HOD to ensure the legal customer end certification requirements are met.
• Formulate procedures, forms, and other quality/Laboratory related documents.
