Total Salary

• MQA approved level 07 or MQA approved level 05 certificate or experience in related field for minimum of 05 years.
• Physically fit & have good communication skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently.
• capable to schedule and prioritize work. 

Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

• Develop designs and plans for construction projects, ensuring they meet technical and regulatory standards.
• Oversee project execution from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Monitor site to ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and safety standards.
• Address technical challenges and resolve issues that arise during the construction process.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure project success.
• Prepare reports, drawings, and other project documentation to communicate project progress and findings.
• Implement quality assurance measures to ensure that construction work meets specified standards and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations governing construction projects.
• Incorporate sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact in project design and construction.
• Stay updated on advancements in civil engineering technology and practices through ongoing education and professional development.
