Minimum Qualification and Experience Required

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Answer inquiries, screen calls, and manage emails.
  • Input and update information in databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems. Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff and executives. Coordinate logistics and agendas.
  • Assist with budget preparation, tracking expenses, and processing invoices. Monitor spending and reconcile accounts.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training activities. Maintain employee records and process payroll as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Provide guidance to staff on administrative matters.
  • Address issues and concerns raised by staff or clients. Troubleshoot technical or logistical problems and escalate when necessary.
  • Assist with project coordination, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance office productivity. Implement best practices and recommend solutions.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
