This notice is placed by Secretariat of Baa Eydhafushi Council in seeking to establish a Football Development Program in Baa Eydhafushi. To give an equal opportunity for all the interested parties, Council invites proponents to submit EOIs for the Football Development Program.

Title of the EOI

Establish a Football Development Program in Baa Eydhafushi with the below detailed descriptions in mind, for an initial period of 1 year. The EOI shall be submitted via e mail with the subject EOI for the B. EYDHAFUSHI FOOTBALL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM or to the address given below, on or before 14:00 hrs. of 17^th March 2024

1-  Description of Requirements

• Secretariat of the Eydhafushi Council intends to enter into a contract to establish a football development program in Baa Eydhafushi for the purpose of promote high level football in the island, bridge relations & connections between larger footballing community and cultivate local talent at home.
• We require a full-time foreign Head Coach for the football development program.
• An annual plan for the development program.
• Training Equipment’s and Jersey Kits
• Training Camps for players
• Education Clinics for Coaches
• Opportunities /Internships for players
• Hosting of Football Events / Tournaments for young age.
• Community Empowerment Programs
• Plan of continues review and evaluation of the program
• The Council permits the use of existing equipment and Storage if necessary.

2-  General Information

• All parties interested in carrying out investments are required to submit the application form along with other required documents.
• Council has right to reject any incomplete application form, hence council strongly recommends applicants to fill in all the information and attach all the required details as per as checklist
• All the financial figures including financial statements must be in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR)
• In case Council receives more than one proposal for the development, Council would proceed with the EOI that best suits the Council's vision, strategic objectives and masterplan.
• In evaluating the EOIs, proposed business model, experience of operator and developer/contractor, proposed team, financial stability, capability and CSR will be considered.
• Council reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to annul the EOI process and reject all proposals at any given time prior to framework agreement signing, without thereby incurring any liability to proponents. The duly completed document set should be submitter as per the prescribed expression of Interest (EO) Application Form attached with this announcement.

The applicant should bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of the EOI application form.
