Conducting of Surveys and Submission of Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Construction of a Waste Management Center in Sh.Goidhoo

The Ministry of Environment and Energy intends procuring the services of an Individual Consultant to Conduct Surveys and Submit an Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Construction of a Waste Management Center in Sh.Goidhoo.

The main objective of this assignment is to assist the Ministry of Environment and Energy to fulfill the obligation of obtaining environmental clearance for the above mentioned project by submitting an Environmental Impact Assessment report to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

The Ministry of Environment and Energy now invites registered EIA consultants at EPA to submit their quotations. Interested consultants should submit their Quotations with a copy of EIA consultants registered certificate (inclusive of GST price quoted separately if applicable, with the GST registration certificate for verification).

The Terms of Reference (TOR) for the consulting services will be available on the Ministry’s website www.environment.gov.mv. Interested consultants may obtain further information on request by writing to the address before 09:00 am on the 12th of April 2015.

Proposals must be delivered marked as confidential and titled “Conducting of Survey and Submission of Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Construction of a Waste Management Center in Sh.Goidhoo” to the address below at or before 20th April 2015 at 09:00 hours. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 09:00 hours local time on 20th April 2015.
