Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO with achieving the Company goals and objectives and work with the departments and sites to achieve high level of performance.
  • Manage and delegate the work within the mandate of the department according to the policy and procedures.
  • Managing recruitment, selection and termination and provide the necessary inputs during the recruitment, selection and termination process and manage new employee orientations, on-boarding, and training programs and manage the remunerations and benefits owed by the Company for all staff.
  • Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance
  • Ensure timely distribution of salary, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
  • Monitoring employee punctuality and taking measures to encourage proper attendance.
  • Manage the resolution of grievances or queries that employees.
  • Developing, Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the policy and timelines
  • Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective department managers and manage training needs accordingly.
  • Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization including visiting the sites.
  • Create and manage the department budget and manage all purchase requirements within the set policies and procedures of the Company.
  • Ensure the Company is updated with the most recent changes to the government HR policies and regulations and inform the management and implement relevant changes to the operational requirements.
  • Create and manage the annual department budget and collect internal consumption requests and forward the requirements accordingly to the procurement department.
  • Manage the cleanliness and the maintenance of the Company buildings, vehicles, furniture, equipment and tools.
  • Manage the responsibilities of the Company reception and Security within the corporate standards of the Company. 
  • Collect and ensure the safety and security of the records of the Company coming into the Company and within the Company and manage the removal of records according to the Company policy and procedures.
  • Organize the meeting rooms and arrange all administrative stationary requirements of the Company.
  • Manage the corporate brandings on the buildings and manage all decorative requirements of the Company (on occasions).
  • Visit the sites of the Company according to requirements and manage the insurance policies of the Company assets.
  • Manage the delivery of letter and documents communications of the Company.
  • Manage the legal advice and related support for the Company and assist the payment collections of the Company and manage any other assigned work of the Company.
  • Support the department staff and be an exemplary team leader.
  • Identify areas of development of the department staff and manage the training requirements and manage the performance of staff.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Must have Masters Certificate with MNQF level 9 and Degree with MNQF level 7 in Human Resource Management or relevant field; AND minimum 5 years of experience in senior level position in a related field.
  • Fluent communication skills, excellent organizer, efficient time management and people management skills.
  •  Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment and should be a person of high integrity, ethical and moral standards
