The Government of Maldives has received funding from the Government of the Republic of India for the implementation of the High Impact Community Development Projects (HICDP) program. The funding provided by the grant reflects the commitment of both governments to promote cultural development and support emerging artists in the Maldives. The Business Center Corporation, as one of the executing agencies of this grant, under the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development, seeks to establish Art Centers in Male’.

As part of the implementation of this program, the Business Center Corporation intends to establish a  Co-shared Media Workspace in Male’.   

The Business Center Corporation therefore invites sealed bids for the Refurbishment of the Media Co-workspace which from Eligible Bidders. A complete set of bidding documents (Information to Bidders, Project Scope, Drawing, Renders and BOQ) has been published on the Gazette along with this announcement.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, 8^th January 2024 at 14:00 Hrs. at the address of the Corporation specified below. Attendance to the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory for bid submission.

All submissions must be delivered to the address of the Corporation specified below on or before 14:00 Hrs. on Monday, 15^th January 2024. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who attend the bid opening session.  

A Bid Security of MVR 25,000.00 must be included with all the bids.
