HDFC has a vacancy for the right candidate who can provide support to the IT Team of the company in the capacity of a TECHNICAL SUPPORT with a programming background.
Job Title: Developer Technical Support (Open for Maldivians only)
Job Description
- Programming background in C# or Php, and JavaScript. Familiar with ASP.NET or Php frameworks, and SQL Server.
- Knowledge of troubleshooting API, Web services and Mobile Application.
- Providing online technical support for external customers and staff.
- Troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in the development process.
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design and technical specifications
- Collaborating with team members to understand business requirements and design solutions to meet those needs.
- Designing and building custom solutions using the Microsoft application
- Maintaining and upgrading existing Microsoft applications.
Job Requirements
- Should have a minimum education level of a diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of programming experience in C# or Php, and JavaScript. Familiar with ASP.NET or Php frameworks, SQL Server, API, Web services and Mobile Application.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Solid understanding of software development principles.
