ANNOUNCEMENT

The Secretariat of the Atoll Council, South Thiladhunmathi, invites eligible investors, both local and foreign, to express their interest in leasing, developing, operating, and managing a Multi-Commercial Building in Rahvehige Plot (aprox. 22000 sqft) in Kulhudhuffushi City.

Hence, interested parties are invited to attend the information session, which will be conducted both physically and virtually at 1000 HRS on 12^th February 2024 (Monday). Registered participants will receive further details on the chosen mode of attendance via email.

Proposals from interested parties may be submitted and will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the meeting scheduled at 1100 HRS on 17^th April 2024 (Wednesday). The bidder's representative must present written authorization from the bidder to attend the meeting. The venues for the bid opening meeting will be communicated at a later date.

To participate in the information sessions, kindly send an email requesting attendance along with your name, email address, and phone number to [email protected] from 2^nd January 2023 to 5^th February 2024.

The application form to purchase the Bid Document can be obtained from the council’s website (www.haadhaal.gov.mv). The Bid Document will be available for purchase from 5^th February 2024 to 28^th March 2024 During working hours, excluding government holidays, at the Secretariat of HDh. Atoll Council reception. Only those who submit the application form are eligible to participate in the bidding process.
