REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

CONSULTING SERVICES – INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANTS

The Government of Maldives has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Maldives; Atolls Education Development Project (AEDP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The announcement number (IUL)22-E/22/2023/447 published on 27^th November 2023 was cancelled due to changes of information in the Terms of Reference. 

The consulting services (“the Services”) includes all the tasks related to the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (National Consultant). The assignment is to be for 12 months duration.

The detailed Terms of Reference (TOR) for the assignment can be obtained at the address given below.

The Ministry of Education now invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.

 The selection criteria are:

• Master’s Degree in Education, Education Administration, International Development, Management or any other relevant field
• 5 to 7 years of work experience in related field, with a minimum of 2 years in a World Bank funded project.

 Interested individuals should submit the following documents:

• Curriculum Vitae
• Educational Certificates and Reference Letters

Note: Please provide supporting documents to prove the above-mentioned Qualifications and experiences are valid.

A Consultant will be selected based on the EOI submitted in accordance with the Individual consultant Selection method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
