The Government of Maldives (“GOM”) represented by the Secretariat of the Baarah Council (“Council”) invites eligible investors, local or foreign, to submit their interest to develop a Tourist Hotel on the plot of land in Baarah in Haa Alifu Atoll.

Hence, interested parties may attend the information session that will be held virtually via ZOOM at 1100 HRS on 27^th November 2023 (Monday) and submit proposals at 1000 HRS on 17^th December 2023 (Sunday).  

To join the information session, kindly send an email requesting to join the information session along with your name, email address and phone number to [email protected] before 1200 HRS on 26^th November 2023 (Sunday). 

To purchase the bid document, email the attached form along with the requested documents to [email protected]. The Bid Document will be available to purchase from on 16^th November 2023 (Thursday) till 14^th December 2023 (Thursday), 0900 HRS – 1300 HRS, except for government holidays.

މަޢުލޫމާތު ސާފުކުރުމުގެ ބައްދަލުވުމުގައި ބައިވެރިވުމަށް އެދި، 26 ނޮވެންބަރު 2023 ވާ އާދީއްތަ ދުވަހުގެ 12:00 ގެ ކުރިން ކައުންސިލުގެ އީމެއިލް [email protected] އަށް ނަމާއި، އީމެއިލް އެޑްރެސް، އަދި ފޯން ނަންބަރު  އީމެއިލް ކުރެއްވުން އެދެމެވެ.

މި އިޢުލާނާއި ގުޅޭ ބީލަން ފޮތް ގަތުމަށް ހުށަހަޅަން ޖެހިވަޑައިގަންނަވާ އެޕްލިކޭޝަން ފޯމް މި އިޢުލާނާއި އެއްކަރުދާސް ކުރެވިފައިވާ ވާހަކަ ދަންނަވަމެވެ. އަދި ބީލަން ފޮތް ލިބިވަޑައިގަންނަވާނީ 16 ނޮވެންބަރު 2023 ވާ ބުރާސްފަތި ދުވަހުން ފެށިގެން 14 ޑިސެންބަރު 2023 ވާ ބުރާސްފަތި ދުވަހުގެ ނިޔަލަށް ބަންދުނޫން ކޮންމެ ދުވަހެއްގެ ހެނދުނު 0900 – 1300 އާއި ދެމެދުއެވެ.
