INVITATION FOR BIDS (first Iulaan)

BUILDING AND INSTALLATION OF 7 OUTDOOR SIGNBOARDS IN LAAMU ATOLL

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology (MoECCT) has received financing from Global Environmental Facility (GEF) for the project Enhancing National Development through Environmentally Resilient Islands (ENDhERI), and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the project “Building and installation of 7 outdoor signboards in Laamu Atoll“. The Ministry now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available on the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology’s website www.environment.gov.mv  for downloading.  It is also attached with this advertisement.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 18^th September 2023. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:00AM on 18^th September 2023 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
