The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received grant funds under the multi-donor Strategic Climate Fund, administered by the World Bank, towards the cost of Accelerating Sustainable Private Investment in Renewable Energy (ASPIRE) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to eligible payments under the contract for Consultancy to Develop and Implement Information, Education and Communication (IEC) Campaign for Renewable Energy Projects in The Maldives.

The Ministry invites interested eligible firms to submit their Expressions of Interest (EOI). Interested firms must provide information (description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills, etc.) demonstrating the competency to perform the services detailed in the ToR and shall meet the minimum qualifications listed in ToR.

The Contractor will be selected as per Quality-based Selection (QBS) method in accordance with the procedures set out in The World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Grants by World Bank Borrowers dated January 2011, Revised July 2014. Technical and Financial Proposals shall be requested from substantially responsive shortlisted firm(s) only.

Expressions of Interest (EOI) must be delivered in a written form to the address below by 02:00 PM Local Time on September 19, 2023. EOI can be submitted via e-mail or post mail as well.
