The Secretariat of the Hirilandhoo Council hereby announces Invitation for Bids (the IFB) for the Lease, Development, Operation and Management of a Tourist City Hotel in Th.Hirilandhoo Lagoon.

For this project the council have allocated 300,000 Square Meters of Lagoon area under the Council’s jurisdiction as per the Land Use Plan for partial reclamation and development of the Tourist Hotel.

Interested parties may purchase the Bidding Documents from 21st August 2023 up to the 29th August 2023, between 0800hrs to 1400hrs, at the following address or via email.
