INVITATION FOR BIDS

Procurement of Vehicles

The Maldives Ports Limited invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply and delivery of the following vehicles:

Title:                  Supply and Delivery of Vehicles

Price Basis:       Door Step Delivery Including Registration.

Eligibility for Participation: Parties who have completed similar projects for the government or private parties. Hence, supporting documents will be required for evaluation of submitted proposals.

A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained from Maldives Ports Limited from 18^th February 2015 until 3rd March 2015 between 0830hrs and 1530hrs on all working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD 100 (One Hundred).

Prices may be submitted separately for each category of the vehicles stated above. However, bidders are required to pay MVR 25,000 (Twenty Five Thousand) as a bid security for each type of the vehicle proposals will be submitted for.

A pre-bid meeting will be held on 04^th March 2015 at 1400hrs for bidders who choose to attend.

Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and marked with the invitation for bid Ref No. and titled “Supply and Delivery of Vehicles.  DO NOT OPEN BEFORE 1400hrs on 11^th March 2015” to the following address:

The Bids shall be opened at 1400hrs on 11^th March 2015 at the Meeting Room of Maldives Ports Limited, Male’, Republic of Maldives in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
