Key Responsibilities - Responsible for the operation of the Catering Department, and the planning, preparation and serving of meals. - Responsible for general cleanliness and hygiene in mess rooms, provision rooms, all appliances etc. (dry provisions and refrigerated spaces). - Responsible for supervision of the Messman. Minimum Qualification and Experience Required - Valid and updated Foreign going certificates including Seaman certificate, CDC, and PP. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a foreign going vessel. - Should be physically fit to work on board. |
