MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Certified Automobile Electrician qualification with minimum 4 year’s work experience in Automobile (Or)
• Minimum 6 years’ experience as an Auto Electrician for all types of equipment and Vehicle

OVERALL SCOPE
Install, maintain, repair and overhaul electrical systems in equipment and automotive vehicles such as cars, buses and trucks.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Inspect the vehicle's electrical system using diagnostic testing equipment.
• Inspect the electrical systems of vehicles using diagnostic testing tools.
• Visual inspections of the vehicle or equipment to identify electrical system issues.
• Recommend the best course of action for fixing any electrical system problems or faults.
• Maintain and update daily maintenance logs while making repairs or replacements to damaged wiring in the ignition, lighting, air conditioning, and safety control systems.
• Perform repairs or replacements on faulty wiring in ignition, lighting, air conditioning, and safety control systems.
• Maintain and update daily maintenance records.
• Install electrical parts in automobiles, such as gauges, lighting, alternators, starting motors, etc.
• Measure and adjust the ignition timing and distributor breaker-point gaps.
• Test or replace damaged alternators, generators, starter motors, voltage regulators, batteries, ignition systems, electrical wiring, fuses, lighting, and switches when necessary.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Ability to test instruments and read circuit diagrams to find electrical faults, adjust engine control systems and timing to make sure vehicles are running at peak performance.
• Good in rewinding motors and electronic wirings.
• Ability to work long hours along with team members and able to work independently.
• Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 17,000.00 to 19,000.00
