MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, with 1 year experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for supervising and monitoring outsource projects and ensuring project completion as per the contract.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Carry out inspections for construction activities of development projects and prepare progress reports/statements.
• Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress, inspecting construction sites, and verifying calculations/placements.
• Prepare structural drawings and designs for projects if required.
• Review designs, work schedules, BOQs and other documents submitted by developers.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders to successfully complete the given tasks/projects.
• Provide recommendations or present solutions to any emerging problems/deficiencies.
• Schedule meetings with contractors to discuss projects.
• Ensure to follow proper documentation and quality control standards.
• Provide assistance in reviewing and analyzing structural designs and drawings submitted by relevant stakeholders.
• Examine construction materials and give approval if required.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Excellent knowledge of building and construction methods, materials and legal regulations.
• Able to interpret and understand engineering and architectural plans, concepts and methodologies.
• Fluent with AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, STAAD Pro, Microsoft Office package, and other relevant software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 21,500.00 and MVR 25,000.00.
