MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Business/Finance with minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for conducting comprehensive analysis and evaluation of current and emerging business opportunities in the industry.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Analyze project specific costs and pricing and liaise with business team to produce project feasibility analysis.
• Produce project financing proposals and project specific financial analysis reports.
• Compile and analyze financial data in order to make sound financial management decisions in running the business.
• Monitor and manage project specific cash flows and produce project wise cash flow forecasts.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to explore and analyze appropriate financing arrangements for the projects.
• Ensure project monitoring of other externally financed projects.
• Engage in the process of reviewing, offering input, negotiating, and concluding agreements/financing arrangements, in close coordination with relevant authorities.
• Management of accurate legal documentation/contracts and ensuring full compliance.
• Liaise with projects implementation team to draft, negotiate and finalize contract agreements of externally financed projects.

• Proven experience in dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information.
• Adherence to laws and confidentiality guidelines in regards to dealing with customers and data.
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 21,500.00 to 25,000.00 based on qualification and experience.
