Job Description

Maldives Airports Company Limited is seeking to recruit talented and qualified individual to the position of Engineer, Power Generation at our Utilities Department. The successful candidate will be accountable to support MACL’s Operations unit in attending daily operations shift duty operating engine controls to supply electricity within Velana International Airport (VIA).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain uninterrupted electricity by following the SOPs and other procedures.
• Design, install and troubleshoot electrical, electromechanical and control tasks on generators and related equipment in power plant under the scope of PGD.
• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, electromechanical and control equipment as per requirements to ensure that power plant work at the optimum levels.
• Monitor key indicators of power plant operations to determine evidence of electrical, electromechanical and control problems.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ experience in a related field (Preferred)
