FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION OF A SUPPORT STRUCTURE FOR AC UNITS AT HULHUMALE’ CENTRAL MEDICAL WAREHOUSE
State Trading Organization Plc. (STO) is pleased to offer the opportunity to submit proposals for fabrication and installation of a support structure for AC units at Hulhumale’ central medical warehouse.
1. Project Overview
Fabrication and installation of a support structure for AC units at Hulhumale’ central medical warehouse.
2. The Eligible Tenderers are limited to;
2.1 Parties that have successfully completed at least one similar project involving fabrication of steel truss metalwork and welding, valued at MVR 400,000 and above, within the past 10 years.
3. Experience of the proponent will be validated by:
3.1 Reference letter/completion certificates or any documentation in the name of the Companies/Government Entities/Institutions/Commission etc. (any legal or government entity)
3.2 The tenderer shall submit the Project Data Sheet annexed in this tender notice with all the required details.
3.3 To assist in the assessment and eligibility of the bidder, STO may, at STO’s discretion, ask any proponent to submit any documents (including and not limited to some mandatory documents) for clarification and verification.
4. Tendering Process.

Registration and Bid Document: |
Tenderers can register via email to [email protected] along with the documents required to verify the eligibility criteria. Deadline for Registration is 4th July 2023, 1100hrs. ONLY Eligible Tenderers can register and participate in the tender. A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via email on, 5th July 2023, only to the parties who have successfully registered under the tender.

Questions and Replies: |
Questions shall be type-written in English, and shall be sent via email, on or before 9th July 2023, 1100hrs, to the address specified below. Replies to questions will be given on theof 10th July 2023, to all those who have successfully registered under this tender.

Tender Submission: |
Documents shall be emailed to [email protected] [NOT LATER than 13th July 2023 at 1100:00hrs.] Submissions received after deadline shall be rejected. |
