MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity surveying/Construction management or relevant field with minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field. (OR)

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to establish the cost of installation, materials and workmanship and to formulate well–planned estimates which is beneficial to both the company and the main contractors for each individual project that the company is handling.

SCOPE OF WORK
• Manage costs on a wide variety of building and infrastructure projects.
• Undertake a cost analysis for variations and maintenance project work.
• Assist in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Claim reporting and claim preparation.
• Prepare and assess variations and claims and provide advice on contractual claims.
• Value completed work and the preparation of payment certificates.
• Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, including tentative and detailed cost for in-house and out-source projects.
• Prepare cost comparisons and cost evaluations for tender evaluations.
• Prepare and review terms of reference and tender documents for construction projects.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Should be able to provide post-occupancy advice, facilities management services, and life cycle costing advice.
• Direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
• Ability to read the communication styles of team members and contractors who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
• Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
• Strong familiarity with project management software and the technical know-how of the projects.
• The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 21,500.00 to 25,000.00 based on education qualification and experience.
