Subject: Maintenance works of Maldivian high commission (Fehige) in Sri Lanka
1. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury wishes to revise its Invitation for Bids Ref. No: (IUL)13-K1/13/2015/10 dated January 15, 2015.
2. The Ministry of Finance and Treasury, on behalf of Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure (the Employer), invites bids from local and foreign Contractors for the following work.

3. Local contractors must be a listed member of the National Contractors Registry and must satisfy the stated grade for eligibility. International contractors are eligible for bidding subject to registration with Ministry of Housing and Infrastructure should the bid be successful.
4. A complete set of the Tender Documents may be obtained from Tender Evaluation Section of Ministry of Finance and Treasury, from 20th January 2015 to 04th February 2015 between 0830 hrs. And 1400 hrs. on all working days, upon payment of a non-refundable registration fee of MVR 1500.00 (Maldivian Rufiyaa One Thousand Five Hundred) or USD 100.00 ( United States Dollar One Hundred)

7. The Bidder shall furnish a bid security as stated in the respective Bidding Documents. The amount of performance security shall be 5% of contract price. An advance payment of 15% of contract price will be provided upon submission of an advance payment guarantee.
8. Bids shall be valid for a period of 118 days from the date of bid opening and shall be delivered to the address specified above in the table under clause 2 of this Invitation for Bids, they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who wish to attend.
