MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

OVERALL SCOPE
Assist in the day-to-day operations of loan management and ensure maximum optimization of resources.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Maintain customer payment records and manage register of all customer accounts.
• Maintain and reconcile all transactions and ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Prepare loan schedules, schedules relating to any payment structure which is collected as a loan, and schedules required by other departments relating to agreements.
• Assure that all the loan schedules provided are accurate, free from errors, maintained and updated in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to communicate with loan customers for any payment inconsistencies, under payments, or changes in loan payment amount and agreement terms.
• Generate and update loan documents (Islamic and Conventional) and process the customer balance/bills.
• Send all notices and statements to the respective customers in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with customers on a daily basis to resolve issues.
• Assist in the implementation of all the necessary documentation required in the fulfillment of activities such as loan opening, rescheduling, cancellation, or any changes to agreements.
• Assist in preparing reports required by the section to generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including data required for ECL calculations on a timely basis.
• Assist in identifying mechanisms to avoid, mitigate, or minimize the foreseeable risks to the Corporation related to the Loan Management Unit.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Computer literacy in accounting packages such as Tally knowledge, Microsoft Dynamics NAV etc.
• Familiar with the Microsoft Office package, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of GAAP, IAS, and IFRS.
• Familiar with cash management processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Dhivehi and English.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
• Should be well organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
• Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
