Procurement of 04units of 250kW Generator sets.

Fenaka Corporation Limited requests quotation from interested and eligible companies to supply 04units of 250kW generator set as per Information Sheet attached.

This is a re-tender of FNK-I/IUL/2023/089 which was cancelled due to the allotted duration was too long.

All bids should be accompanied with a bid security of USD 3,000.00 (Three Thousand US Dollars) or its equivalent in Maldivian Rufiyaa.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            

• Bid security should be:

-          Original bank guarantee letter (or)

-          Bank guaranteed and stamped cheque (or)

-          An insurance policy from an insurance company registered at Maldives Monetary Authority.

• Bid security must be submitted in the name of the bidder.
• Bid security should be valid for 20 (twenty) additional days beyond the validity of the quotation.
• Bid should be valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from the date of bid opening.

A confirmation email shall be sent upon registration to the respective email. Bids shall be opened on 31^st May at 10:00hrs Maldivian time, in the presence of the bidders and any late bids will be rejected.
