• Diploma in Business or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related field.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

• Manage and maintain all enterprise centers which includes Marina Restaurants and Shops in mifco operations centres .
• Manage and maintain all enterprise centers which includes, all Ice-Plants and their offices in all atolls.
• To identify requirements from all enterprise centers and cater the demand from these  and propose pricing for approval  to Head of Department
• Set targets for the enterprise centers and develop strategic action plans to increase sales from these centers.
• Coordinate and manage supply and demand for goods by assisting enterprise centers to be fully equipped and monitor any shortage of supply.
• To Identify technical issues from all enterprise centers and ice-plants and coordinate with required departments to resolve them.
• Collect daily information from all enterprise centers and ice-plants and develop weekly reports which includes both sales and other requests.
• Monitor all PRQ requirements processed from these centers and follow up with procurement to fast-track the process.
• Monitor all logistical deliveries made to enterprise centers and ice-plants, confirm on delivery 9 and collection from end users managning these centers.
• To identify the methods to create higher demand for the products sold from enterprise centers.
• Cordinate with local sales and sales & marketing head on pricing of goods sold from enterprise centers and ice-plants.
• Monitor Mifco E commerce operation (Fasmeer App)
• Evaluate Shops & Site Performance
• Monitor Product Performance -All outlets (included site)
• Monitor performance of top customer accounts.
• Perform any other related duties (not in violation of Islam and the laws of the Republic of Maldives) as required by the Department or the Management.
