• Net Salary Range: MVR 24,000 – 26,000

Job Responsibilities

• Overall Coordination of projects
• Collecting requirements from requesting department
• Prepare conceptual design documents and plans for management approval
• Create estimates and detailed BOQ for budgeting
• Compile and draft documents required for Tender
• Assist in tender process including evaluation of proposals
• Document project progress and file necessary documents
• Prepare weekly project process updates
• Update payment records
• Visit site for inspection and instructions
• Attempt to attain progress in every other aspect of organizational goals and motives   

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with 2 years of work experience  
• Civil Engineering License

Preferred Requirements

• Should have knowledge in using Microsoft Office package
• Should have knowledge in using relevant application and system
• Structural Checker – Structural Approval Stamp
