Specific Skill Required
- Able to speak fluently in English and Dhivehi.
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace and professionalism.
- Flexibility to work on a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft windows applications (MS office packages and databases)

Responsibilities

- Welcoming passengers upon arrival at the airport lounge and throughout the airport, assisting with check-in, boarding passes, and luggage tagging as needed.
- Manage lounge access, verifying eligibility and processing guest registration, while ensuring a pleasant and personalized experience
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and well-organized lounge environment, addressing any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- To offer personalized assistance to passengers, inclusive of providing information on flight updates, boarding times, airport services, and wayfinding within the airport.
- Proactively address passengers' needs and inquiries, offering guidance and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner, both in the lounge and throughout the airport.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively, escalating issues to the appropriate department or personnel when necessary.
- Monitor passenger satisfaction and gather feedback in both the lounge and airport environment, sharing insights with management to continuously improve the overall passenger experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other airport staff to ensure a seamless and efficient travel experience for all passengers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with passengers, airlines, and other stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration in the airport environment.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and sales and propose solutions or suggestions to HOD/Supervisor.
- Assist the HOD/Supervisor in implementing new initiatives, policies, or procedures related to the airport lounge and overall customer experience.
