MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Architecture or relevant field with minimum 2 years of experience in Architecture or a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for designing and developing concepts, details, and technical drawings and implementing guidelines as required.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Execute, design and develop assigned administrative/technical projects and tasks.
• Management of projects in both formulation and implementation stages.
• Carry out inspections of ongoing and completed buildings.
• Preparation of registration and agreement drawings and assisting in the building approval process.
• Interpret and understand engineering and architectural plans, concepts, and methodologies.
• Interpret maps, sites, building plans, specifications, graphs, and statistical data.
• Provide design consultancy to internal and external stakeholders, and coordinate with them to complete objectives.
• Prepare progress reports and statements when required.
• Understand and apply all aspects of local laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards pertaining to the planning process.
• Ensure to follow proper documentation and quality control standards.
• Carry out any other relevant and necessary jobs for the overall completion of projects.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• Fluent in Design software’s (AutoCAD, Revit, 3d & Rendering Software’s, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Fluent in Microsoft office software’s and MS Projects.
• Project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills and time-management skills
• Should be able to prioritise tasks and manage one's own time effectively.

SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary between MVR 20,000.00 to 23,500.00 based on qualification and experience
