MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT
• A’Level or O’Level
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Telecom Industry.
OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible to carry out daily tasks and operations of the Network Operations Centre.
SCOPE OF WORK
• Provide first-level phone support under the supervision of the Assistant Director.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer and client inquiries, accepting requests for technical assistance for GPON and Smart Solutions.
• Manage and update customer database with the status of each customer or client for support tickets, logs, change management documents and FAQs.
• Escalate issues to Field Support technicians and Superiors and follow up until resolved.
• Provide support and participate in technical projects and initiatives of the department.
• Prepare reports from Ticketing system.
• Pay close attention to detail and make good sound decisions based on information given.
• Build customer royalty by utilizing excellent customer service skills.
• Recommend procedure modifications or improvements by evaluating documents and report feedbacks and concerns
• Prepare and maintain customer records, schematics and diagrams.
JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS
• Knowledge on basic GPON and Smart Solution technologies.
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and reports.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in addition to effective customer interaction skills.
• Experience creating documentations for NOC operations.
• Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player and adapt to changing working- schedules.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
• Friendly and helpful attitude and a tolerance for non-technical persons working in a technical environment.
• Excellent punctuality, customer service and communication skills as well as basic technical knowledge.
SALARY PACKAGE
Gross Salary of MVR 13,000.00
