REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. Local and foreign parties are hereby invited by Maldives State Shipping Company Pvt Ltd. of the Republic of Maldives, to
submit their expression of interest for the purchase of a geared 80 - 120 TEU Vessel. The eligible proponents are limited to
ship-brokers and ship-owners who meet the requirements set out in tender documents.

2. The Employer will prepare a shortlist of proponents based on the Expression of Interest (EOI)’s and detailed Request for
Proposal (RFP) will be released to the shortlisted parties.

3. The Expression of Interest (EOI) must be delivered to the address below (in person, or by mail, or by email) by 1400hrs on
23 February 2023.
