Thilafushi Corporation Limited (TCL) re-tenders for the proposals from all professional and qualified local and international valuers for providing Valuation services of land and surroundings (Lagoon/Reef/Breakwater) at Thilafushi Island, on the Standing In-Situ Profile as at 31^st March 2009.

TCL’s announcement (No.: TCL/IUL/14/1023) inviting all interested bidders to submit proposals for the valuation has been cancelled.

Price of Bid Document is US$ 50.00 (Fifty) or equivalent in local currency (US$1 = MVR 15.42).
US$ 500.00 (Five Hundred) or equivalent in local currency (US$1 = MVR 15.42) shall be furnished as bid security.
Proposals shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening
The external auditors for the past 3 years of TCL are not eligible to submit proposals for this tender either as the Bidder or as a Sub-contractor.

Only proposers who have purchased the Bid Documents can participate in this tender. All bid proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes. Bid opening will be held at Thilafushi Corporation head office with all those who want to participate in the bid opening.

The evaluation criteria is stated in the bid documents.
