INTRODUCTION
Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) requests proposals for provision and management of 2 events (Anniversary Official function and Staff Award Night). The selected party will be asked to work in close collaboration with and in support of MWSC’s Marketing and PR team. SCOPE OF WORKS
- Detailed RFP and scope to be shared during the information session.
SCOPE
The Contractor would be responsible to plan and manage the event. The minimum requirement of the organizer will be as follows. Bidder is to propose methodology for carrying out the event, based on these requirements.
Event 1: Anniversary Official Function

Event Tent (placement of tent that can accommodate minimum 700 pax with round tables, including sound control area and live setup.) Whole park will be booked for the event. The organizer can select the best location for the tent. |

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA z
- The bidder (single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity) shall be registered in the Republic of Maldives;
- The above must be fully supported by including all the following documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.
- Copy of Company Registration Certificate
- Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
- Copy of Bidders National Identity Card
- GST Registration Certificate
- MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
- Bid Form or RFP form ( All sections completed, signed, and stamped)
