The Ministry of Environment, Climate change and Technology is seeking a representative from a Non- Governmental Organization to represent NGOs working for sea turtle conservation in the Maldives in the  Northern Indian Ocean Marine Turtle Task Force (NIO-MTTF).

Eligible criteria

To be eligible for the position, the individual is expected to demonstrate the requirements as per the attached “Terms of Reference”.

Duration

Duration of this membership is for 2 meetings of the NIO-MTTF

The application for this membership must be submitted to the address below (in person to the ministries reception or by email) no later than 1200 hours on 26^th  February 2023.

Submissions submitted by hard copy should state the title and the  address in this advertisement, as well as the submission deadline of the advertisement. Emails submissions should have the name of the applicant and the title as in the advertisement in the subject of the email. The Ministry will send a confirmation of receipt via email.

Documents to be submitted

• Curriculum Vitae (clearly stating the starting and ending month for previous experiences)
• Copy of National ID Card
• Proof of employment at an NGO working for sea turtle conservation in the Maldives
• Accredited copies of Academic Certificates (Documents accepted are copy of accredited

certificates/ Letter of completion from the university together with a written document from Maldives Qualification Authority stating that the course completed is accredited to a certain level.)
