WORK LOCATION: K. Kudagiri

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Accounting & Finance or relevant field with minimum 4 years’ experience in relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for leading the accounting function of Kudagiri.

SCOPE OF WORK

• Produce an accurate set of month-end accounts, with comparisons to forecasts and previous periods.
• Prepare profit and loss accounts and the balance sheet for senior management.
• Ensure budgets and business plans are prepared accordingly, including room revenue & recreation activities.
• Ensure to reconcile bank statements.
• Ensure that all payments and expenditures are maintained in a timely manner such as purchase orders, invoices, statements etc.
• Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Ensure all records are maintained in an easily retrievable manner when required.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective and efficient operation of customer management.

JOB SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

• GAAP, IAS & IFRS Knowledge.
• Computer literacy in accounting packages; preferably Oracle, Tally knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel; knowledge of the use of various types of office equipment such as multi-line phones, printers and scanners.
• Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive
• Should be an effective communicator verbally as well as through writing skills.
• Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Excellent customer service, planning, organizing, and evaluating skills

SALARY PACKAGE
Salary negotiable based on education qualification and experience.
