Thilafushi & Gulhifalhu Operations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

OVERALL SCOPE
Assist to manage, direct and plan the operations of Gulhifalhu Operations Section under the guidance of the HoS/HoD.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Provide assistance to manage the functions of Gulhifalhu Operations including general administrative work, security services, monitoring greening process and other maintenance work.
  • Monitor and oversee daily activities related to Gulhifalhu Operations.
  • Initiate to develop, execute and administer strategies for the section and ensure its alignment with business goals under the guidance of HoD/HoS.
  • Ensure all the works are carried out on time by providing assistance to oversee guide work carried out by the section as needed.
  • Assist to measure and monitor the effectiveness of Gulhifalhu operational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity.
  • Identify and evaluate operational issues and recommend solutions/ways to improve the processes and workflows.
  • Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of Gulhifalhu.
  • Ensure all the records, tools, equipment’s and inventory relevant to the section are maintained and managed properly.
  • Oversee expenses and expenditures of Gulhifalhu Operations to ensure section's operations remain within the budget.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the smooth running of the section.
  • Ensure occupational health and safety practices are in place in relation to relevant standards and procedures when carrying-out any project.

  • Should possess leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of basic budget management and calculations.
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Should be able to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Should be well-organized, detail-oriented, forward-thinking and proactive.
  • Able to identify and delegate tasks to the right personnel of the department.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
