The Government of the Republic of Maldives has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the implementation of the Greater Male’ Environmental Improvement and Waste Management Project. The Project is targeted, in addition to Greater Male’ to all the inhabited islands of Zone 3, which includes Kaafu Atoll, Alifu Alifu Atoll, Alifu Dhaalu Atoll, Vaavu Atoll. The Ministry of Environment Climate Change and Technology (MoECCT) intends to use part of this financing for the following consultancy services.

1. Community Mobilization, Outreach and Gender Expert
2. Solid Waste Management (SWM) Trainer
3. 3R Motivator

Terms of references (TOR) for the following positions will be available for download, at the Consultant Management Portal on Asian Development Bank and attached through this announcement at  www.gazette.gov.mv

The Ministry of Environment therefore, invites interested individuals, who meet the requirements specified in the TORs to submit the following;

• Letter of Expression of Interest (EOI)
• Curriculum Vitae. The CV must contain all the past similar experiences in details
• Copy of the National Identification Card.
• Attested copies of educational and professional certificates. Copies of the educational certificate shall be taken from the original accredited certificates.
• Application by a current civil servant must accompany a letter from the applicant’s current employer stating no-objection of releasing him/her from the job.
• Any other document specified in the TORs for the respective consultancies.

Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview.
