        1. The Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council invites sealed Proposals from potential and competent parties for the Design and Branding Services and Supply of Brand Materials and Items.

        2. The procurement will be conducted through national competitive procurement using Request for Proposals (RFP) as specified in the regulation number R-20/2017, “Public Finance Regulations” of the Republic of Maldives and is open to all eligible Proposers.

        3. Eligible Proposers may obtain further information from Hussain Shabeen/Council Member, [email protected] and inspect the RFP Document during office hours i.e 0800 to 1400 hours at the address given below.

        4. The RFP Document in English may be purchased in printed form by eligible Proposers upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Two Hundred Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR. 200.00).The method of payment will be either by direct deposits to the Council’s Account Number or cash payments made to the Secretariat of V.Fulidhoo Council .The document will be sent either by Council’s Official Electronic Mail or will be available to collect in printed form from the address below. Document Sent to Proposers via Council’s Official Electronic Mail will be free of charge.

        5. A single-stage, two envelopes RFP process will be used, and the Proposal will consist of (i) the Technical Proposal, without any reference to prices; and (ii) the Financial Proposal, as detailed in the RFP Document. The Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal of the Proposals shall be submitted simultaneously in two separate sealed envelopes.

        6. The Proposal, both the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal, must be delivered to the address below on or before 08 January 2023. Late Proposals will be rejected. The Technical and Financial Proposals of the Proposals will be publicly opened in the presence of the Proposers’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
