Road Development Corporation Limited (RDC), invites bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Provision of Audit External Service for Road Development Corporation.

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the day of bid opening.

This tender shall take place in two stage tendering. Bidders are required to submit two separate sealed envelopes, one marked “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” and the other marked as “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL”, both envelops shall be submitted concurrently. All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PROPOSAL” shall remain unopened until the second Bid opening.

Bids submitted via email or courier will not be accepted. In addition to the bid document, bidders are required to submit completed Vendor Registration Form (attached to this Invitation on gazette). (Parties who are already registered as Vendors of RDC, do not need to submit the Vendor Registration Form again.)

Bids will be opened in a session to be held at the office mentioned in the below table, and in the presence of representatives of tenderers who wish to attend. Late bids will not be accepted.
