Develop Ramadan 1444 TVC with ad Campaign Materials

 

1.       INTRODUCTION

Male’ Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) requests proposals from qualified bidders to develop TVC for Ramadan 1444.

The selected contractor will be asked to work in close collaboration with and in support of MWSC’s Marketing & Public Relations Team in designing and developing materials for this

 

2.       SCOPE OF WORK AND PROJECT TIMELINE

The Contractor would be responsible to the production of 5-10 minutes short film for the Ramadan Campaign, and to provide campaign materials required.

The detailed scope of work with timeline has been set out below.

  1. PRODUCTION OF SHORT FILM (5-10 MINUTES)
  • Concept and storyboard development and writing script
  • Production of 5-10 Minute (videography, editing and post-production, music composition)
    • Production of 30 seconds cut of the video
  1. AD CAMPAIGN MATERIALS (QTY 10)
  • 05 photos with variations for SHORT FILM, in edited and RAW format
  • 3 social media artworks

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The project timeline listed below is an estimate only. MWSC reserves the right to revise any project dates as needed.

 

 

DURATION

Submission of concept and style

 

5 calendar days from the date PO is issued to the contractor

Script and storyboards

7 calendar days from the date of approval of concept and Style

Film production and submission of first draft

23 days from date of script approval

Submission of second draft of video

5 days, following comments on first draft

Submission of final draft and 30 seconds cut of video

5 days following comments on second draft

Submission of photography and social media materials

 

In order to achieve the objectives of this plan, the contractor shall:

  1. Arrange and conduct meetings and consultation sessions with MWSC, required for the duration of the project.
  2. Work with MWSC Marketing & Public Relations Team in developing the project as a team.
  3. Provide proper updates regularly.
  4. Be accommodative on the requested changes and try to complete in the allocated timeframe

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

  • The bidder (single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity) shall be registered in the Republic of Maldives;
  • The above must be fully supported by including all the following documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.
  • Copy of Company Registration Certificate
  • Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
  • Copy of Bidders National Identity Card
  • GST Registration Certificate
  • MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
  • Bid Form or RFP form ( All sections completed, signed, and stamped)
