MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENT

  • Masters in Real Estate/Business Administration or a relevant field with 2 years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • Degree in Real Estate/Business Administration or a relevant field with 6 years’ experience in a relevant field.

OVERALL SCOPE
Responsible for the overall management of the Thilafushi and Gulhifalhu section, under the guidance of the Head of the Department.

SCOPE OF WORK

  • Manage and monitor the performance of all Thilafushi & Gulhifalhu properties.
  • Ensure good relationships are maintained with customers by undertaking customer participation, consultation duties, and investigating queries.
  • Provide advice and assistance relevant to customer responsibilities according to the conditions mentioned in tenancy agreements.
  • Develop, manage, and upgrade the Thilafushi & Gulhifalhu Property Management Plan and customer databases.
  • Ensure records of property holdings and any correspondence relating to property management are properly secured.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments on important dates and milestones of the section to ensure the achievement of satisfactory standard of performance.
  • Prepare annual department budget and ensure efficient utilization of approved budgets.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and summaries relevant to the department and/or any other documents required by the management.
  • Handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiate with others.
  • Direct and manage performance of subordinates and oversee their daily activities.

  • Should possess leadership skills in order to manage the team.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Dhivehi.
  • Able to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines and targets.
  • Should be able to work as an individual and as a flexible team player.
  • Should be able to prioritize tasks and manage one's own time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

SALARY PACKAGE
Negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
