Request for Expressions of Interest

The government of Maldives has received Aid for the Enhancing Education Development Project (EEDP), administered by the World Bank and to be implemented by the Ministry of Education (MoE). Under the project, MoE will finance the improvement and/or expansion of schools across the country.

As part of this project MoE seeks a specialist/consultant to help with the Development of a Vocational Education Strategic Implementation Model.

Interested eligible individuals are invited to submit their Expressions of Interest for the following position.

Expressions of Interest need to be submitted along with the CV, reference letter, validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualification and experience, and the attested copy of ID card/Passport before 1st December 2014, 14:00pm for the following position.

Consultant to Support MOE to Support Ministry of Education with the Development of a Vocational Education Strategic Implementation Model

Objective

1. The objective of this assignment is to develop a vocational education strategic implementation model.

Terms of Reference

• Interested parties may download the terms of reference which outline the scope of service, the key qualifications and experience relevant to this position from http://www.eedp.moe.gov.mv.

Duration of service and terms of payment

• The service is for a period of four months or any other time frame agreed by both parties. The consultant will be hired as a specialist/consultant under the project and will be paid on completion of the assignment in accordance with the agreed rate.
• The applications would not be processed if validated documents supporting the candidate’s qualification and experience is not submitted.
