Tenderers are hereby invited by State Trading Organization Plc. of the Republic of Maldives, for Supply and Delivery of Wheat Flour. The eligible Tenderers are limited to those who have been supplying “the product” in the International market.

Scope of Work:                                Supply and delivery of 6,000 Mton Wheat Flourto State Trading Organization Plc.

Shipment:                                       The shipments of the Products shall be made in separate shipments. Each shipment shall be in accordance to a schedule set by the Purchaser.

Tendering Process

Registration and Bid Document:      Interested parties are to register by settling a non-refundable registration fee of US$ 150.00 latest by 30^th November 2014, 1000hrs. Method of payment shall be by Cash, Cashier’s Check or Direct Deposit to our US Dollar account A/c no. 200 005999 103, SWIFT code: HSBCMVMVat The Hong kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited (HSBC).Parties who wish to register via Direct Deposit shall send the Payment Advice to the e-mail address specified below.

                                                    A complete set of Bidding Document in English shall be sent via e-mail on the 02^nd December 2014, only to the parties who have registered under the tender.

Questions and Replies:                   Questions shall be type-written in English and shall be submitted to the address specified below. Deadline for queries is 8^th December 2014, 1000hrs by e-mail.Replies to questions will be given to all those who successfully registered under the tender before 15^th December 2014.

Tender Opening:                            21^st December 2014 at 11:00hrs in the conference room of State Trading Organization PLC, Head Office Building in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.
