- Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for Lease of Unit for The Provision of Grocery & Convenience store from MACL (Hiyaa) Commercial.
- The unit identified for the project is 20495-G-01 measuring an area of 982.99 sqft.
- Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 12th December 2022 (Monday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
