INVITATION FOR PROPOSALS
LEASE OF UNIT FOR THE PROVISION OF CAFÉ / RESTAURANT FROM MACL (HIYAA) COMMERCIAL
- Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) is seeking potential and competent parties to submit proposal for lease of unit for the provision of Café / Restaurant from MACL (Hiyaa) Commercial.
- The unit identified for the project are:
- 20496-G-01 measuring an area of 982.99 sqft
- Proposals must be submitted no later than 14:00 hrs on 7th December 2022 (Wednesday), and must be accompanied by a Bid Security, in accordance with the Instruction to Proponents.
