INVITATION FOR BIDS

Consultancy Services for asset valuation of K Dhiyaneru Lagoon, Maldives

MFMC is mandated with the responsibilities of fulfilling national development through increasing private sector investments with the aid of the Government, raising finance to undertake Government projects, to increase the wealth of the country through strategic investments.

MFMC is seeking a professional and competent valuation firm to value the following right of use asset which the company intends to develop as mandated by the Government - K. Dhiyaneru Lagoon 2: For development of Waterfront Properties and annex island. The MFMC now invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for this project.

Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 calendar days from the date of bid opening and shall be submitted to the Maldives Funds Management Corporation, before 11:00 AM Maldivian Time on 17^th November 2022. Late bids will be rejected.

The bids will be opened at 11:00AM on 17^th Novemeber 2022 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives, who wish to attend the bid opening.
