Supply of Infrastructure and provide support to host Water and Sanitation e-Learning Management System (LMS)

The Government of Republic of Maldives represented by Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Technology (MECT) has received financing from the Green Climate Fund (GCF) for the project to Support vulnerable communities in Maldives to manage climate change-induced water shortages, and intends to apply portion of the financing for eligible payments under the contract for the project Supply of Infrastructure and provide support to host Water and Sanitation e-Learning Management System (LMS)

A complete set of the bidding documents and related documentation is available with the advertisement and on the Ministry of Environment website www.environment.gov.mv for downloading free of cost. The Employer shall not be liable for any information not received by the Bidder. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to verify the website for the latest information related to this bid.

Bid Registration

Interested Bidders shall register with the Ministry of Environment via the application form available at Ministry website www.environment.gov.mv and shall mail to the email address [email protected] not later than 1200 hours on 14 November 2022.

Bid Clarification

Any clarifications to the bid may be sent to  below given email addresses on or 14 November 2022 1400 hours.

Bid Evaluation Criteria

Documents to be submitted with proposals

1. Delivery Period
2. Server Space hosting for 2 years (as per the price schedule)
3. Proposed online server specification in details with services provided
4. If a company, registration copy, if a sole proprietor SP certificate, SME registration Certificate
5. GST Registration Certificate
6. Tax registration Certificate and Tax clearance Certificate
7. Other documents mentioned in the Technical Specification

 Bid Validity and Bid Opening

Bids Shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of Bid of Opening and shall be delivered to the Ministry of Environment at the address specified in the clause 23.2 (c) of this Invitation for Bids, on or before 0900 hours, Maldivian time on 19 November 2022 at which time they will be opened in the presence of the Bidders who submit the bids. Late bids will be rejected.
