Island Aviation Services Limited is wholly owned by the Government of Maldives and is the operator of the national airline of Maldives – Maldivian. IASL provides International and Domestic Airline related services and Airport Management Services.

MANAGER PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT (JOB REF NO: J/2022/127)

 Scope of work:                    

• Developing and planning the establishment of key Performance Management functions and systems in the Company.

 Qualifications:                     

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management
• Minimum 06 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 03-years’ experience in a managerial role in L&D, Talent Management will be an added advantage

 Requirements:                    

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Conflict management and resolution
• Collaborative skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
