INTRODUCTION

Male' Water and Sewerage Company Pvt. Ltd. (MWSC) requests for proposal of freight forwarders to transport the given details of the goods from the shipper's factory to Male' Seaport. The selected party will be expected to collaborate with and support MWSC's procurement team to ensure the shipment arrives on time and in good condition.

Scope:

The Contractor would be responsible to pick the shipment, manage and update on the shipment until the goods arrives to the Male’ Sea port. The Detail of the goods are as below.

DESCRIPTION: 1 off H2S Stripper

The detailed scope of work has been set out below.

• Pickup and delivery of the shipment.
• Provide pre-alert of the shipment arrival with expected time of arrival
• Provide all the shipping documents via email to the procurement team prior arrival of the shipment including

1. Bill of lading
2. Freight invoice including GST value and DO amount separately.

• DO to approve once shipment arrive

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• The bidder (single firm, company, partnership, or other legal entity) shall be registered in the Republic of Maldives;
• The above must be fully supported by including all the following documents in the bidders’ proposal. Failure to include any will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive, leading to disqualification of the bid.

• Copy of Company Registration Certificate
• Company Profile Information sheet issued by the Ministry of Economic Development
• Copy of Bidders National Identity Card
• GST Registration Certificate
• MIRA Tax Clearance Report (past 6 months from the date of bid submission)
• Bid Form or RFP form ( all sections completed, signed, and stamped)
